Our partners are more than just donors; they are architects of opportunity, helping us bridge gaps in society, and they provide life-changing opportunities for young people.
Education is the most powerful investment a business can make in the future economy, and together we can build a legacy that extends far beyond the school gates. We invite forward-thinking businesses to join us in cultivating the next generation of leaders, innovators, and global citizens through a variety of bespoke partnership models.

Julie Spence - HM Lord-Lieutenant of Cambridgeshire...this partnership is a fantastic example of what can be achieved when organisations work together. It should be used as a model to follow by other schools and businesses.

The ultimate proof of what we can achieve together is North Cambridge Futures. Brokered initially by Cambridge 2030, this long-term collaboration connects Stephen Perse Cambridge with our local state school partner, North Cambridge Academy (NCA), alongside major employers like Costello Medical and, most recently, global biopharmaceutical leader AstraZeneca.
Central to this partnership is our bursary programme, which offers disadvantaged students at North Cambridge Academy (NCA) fully funded places at our Sixth Form.
Our collective goal is simple yet profound: to raise aspirations, dismantle socio-economic barriers, and drive long-term prosperity for future generations in North Cambridge.
This pioneering blueprint for collaborative education is gaining widespread national acclaim. On National Thank a Teacher Day (17 June 2026), the partnership was named a Silver Award winner at the prestigious Pearson National Teaching Awards, celebrating its profound impact on the local educational landscape. This major milestone builds upon our previous recognition at the Cambridge Independent Business Awards, where the collaboration took home the Award for Collaboration.
Sophie Costello - CEO (Costello Medical)The bursaries we fund feel a very tangible way that the company can make a positive contribution to the lives of the brilliant young people in our community.
