Young children are naturally curious. I believe it is our role as Pre-prep teachers to encourage their inquisitive nature in a school environment that allows them to explore, problem solve and take risks. I have taught in and led Early Years departments in both state and independent schools and I am passionate about children's Early educational experiences. If we can give the children confidence, independence and maintain their natural curiosity, they will be well equipped for the next stop in their school experience.
